At ISM Homes’ we are experts in crafting bespoke container homes that meet the unique needs and desires of our clients. Our client approached ISM Homes with a vision for a unique, eco-friendly, and luxurious home nestled in the serene landscape of Kwale. They sought a modern living space that integrated seamlessly with the natural surroundings and provided all the comforts and functionality of a contemporary home. The client desired a home that reflected their taste and innovative design.

Client-Centric Design:

We began the project with a comprehensive design and planning phase, where we held in-depth consultations with the client to fully understand their vision and requirements. Our design team created detailed plans and cohesive design that maximized both interior and exterior spaces.

The two 40 ft containers were carefully modified to create the main living area, which includes a spacious one-bedroom suite with an ensuite bathroom, an open kitchen, and a dedicated office space. The containers were reinforced and insulated to ensure structural integrity and comfort, while the basement level was incorporated as the ground floor, providing additional functional space.

The interior of the home was designed with a focus on luxury and comfort. High-quality materials and finishes were selected for the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Large windows were strategically placed to flood the interiors with natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The exterior of the home was clad in Mazeras, a natural stone finish that provided both aesthetic appeal and added durability. Two expansive deck areas were constructed—one adjacent to the living room to extend the lounge space, and the other on the rooftop to offer panoramic views, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxation, or entertaining guests.
